Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 Pack of Pillsbury Frozen Chilli Chicken Momos
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Water (if using steamer)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Oil (if using pan)

Preparation

Steamed Momos
  1. Heat water in an idli maker or steamer
  2. After water comes to a boil, place Pillsbury Frozen Momos on an oiled surface inside the vessel
  3. Steam for 5 minutes
  4. Serve with Pillsbury Magic Momo Masala (you can sprinkle it on top or even mix it with 2 tablespoons of Mayo). You can even enjoy it with Spicy Momo Chutney
Pan Fried Momos
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan
  2. Place Pillsbury Frozen Momos on hot pan for 1 minute
  3. Add 5-6 tablespoons of water to pan and cover with a lid
  4. Cook for 6 minutes on low flame
  5. Serve with Pillsbury Magic Momo Masala (you can sprinkle it on top or even mix it with 2 tablespoons of Mayo). You can even enjoy it with Spicy Momo Chutney!
Deep Fried Momos
  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Deep fry Momos for 3-4 minutes over a medium flame or until golden brown
  3. Serve with Pillsbury Magic Momo Masala (you can sprinkle it on top or even mix it with 2 tablespoons of Mayo). You can even enjoy it with Spicy Momo Chutney!
